Touchstone’s Greg Takemura Earns Institute of Real Estate Management Honors

On Nov. 17, 2016, Greg Takemura, Touchstone Properties resident manager of Makiki Towers (center), was awarded Manager of the Year from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) for Hawaii high-rise buildings between 100-249 units. The IREM is an international community of real estate managers dedicated to ethical business practices, maximizing the value of investment real estate, and promoting superior management through education and information sharing. For 80 years, Chicago-based IREM has developed best practices in real estate management, and now includes more than 19,000 individuals and 550 corporate members.
